Scheduled service and never came. Called and was told was busy and would come the next day. Never showed....be forewarned.
Called Saturday, made appointment for Monday. Wasted all day waiting; never saw or heard from.
The only thing I can say is Outstanding!!!! I broke my main water shut off valve in the house and called everywhere for a plumber and Neff's Plumbing answered the call.
