I am so proud of the four man team that was dispatched to replace the drainage pipe for my driveway at 15 Dogwood Lane. The team is professional all the way. They did an excellent job at replacing the pipes and tiding up after it was all done. Mr. Larry Scott was an exceptional person yelling the directing to the backhoe operator. It seems to me that the communications between the two could be greatly improved if they had some kind of communication equipment, like headgear with mikes instead of Mr. Scott trying to yell instructions and the backhoe operator and him not hearing clearly, causing Larry to repeat himself several times. At one point Larry switched positions and Larry operated the backhoe while the regular operator was on the ground observing and learning. Not only would it be easier on the two but would help improve the safety of all the team members.
